Objective

Students command the detailed structures of lower extremity bones, joints and muscles and joint and muscle functions. They are aware of the innervation of lower extremity muscles. Students know the detailed structures of head bones and their joints. They understand the structures and functions of the temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscles. Students understand the structures and functions of the muscles of facial expression and hyoid muscles. They are aware of the innervation of head and hyoid muscles. Students command the structures, roles and innervations of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

Content

Details of lower extremity and head bones. Lower extremity joints, lower extremity muscles and their innervations. Cranial bones and joints. The temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscles, muscles of facial expression and hyoid muscles and their innervations. Abdominal muscles and their innervations. Pelvic floor muscles and their innervations.
