Objective

Student will get preparedness for research, development and leadership of his/her own work He/she will familiarize to profit responsibility in planning of P&O services, decision-making, evaluation and developing.
Student will understand the meaning of developing of his/her own career and the profession. Student will get preparedness for developing of his/her work community and for supervision of work.
Student will know the meaning of the quality management in his/her own work and will be aware of quality verification methods.
