Objective

The student acquires an understanding of the roles involved in technical processes and their effect on the performance. The student understands the requirements of project management and supervisory duties. The student learns to make a marketable product from his/her own competence and to develop his/her entrepreneurship.

Content

The course includes discussion on different functional roles and the significance of managerial skills, organisational citizenship behaviour, and interactive skills. The students get acquainted with the interactive skills necessary in managerial tasks, planning, and anticipatory management. Companies in the field of live performance technology and different business models will be explored in order to understand various functional roles.

Hallitsee alan termistön ja osaa käyttää niitä. Osaa hakea alaan liittyvää tietoa. Toimii ammatillisissa tilanteissa ajoittain ohjeiden mukaan.

Perehtynyt alan käsitteisiin ja tietoperustaan. Osaa toimia ryhmän vetäjänä ammattialan tehtävissä. Pystyy suunnittelemaan alan tehtäviä.

Johdonmukainen, monipuolinen alan käsitteiden ja tietolähteiden käyttö. Soveltaa tietoperustaa ammatillisesti. Osaa toimia itsenäisesti ja vastuullisesti ammattialalla. Hyvät organisointi taidot
