Objective
Students understand the flow of the selling process and can adapt it to the case taking into account both the seller's and sales management perspectives. The student understands how to develop the sales process. Students learn practical selling skills.

The student is be able to
* explain how the project is planned
* explain how the project is managed and how project tasks relate to each other
* describe and use the problem solving methods and information sources related to the subject
* solve the problem using the above methods
* describe the own work effort and results in the project and co-operate with the team
* plan the use of own resources and do own work tasks on time
* describe the work and results of the team
The project is finished and the results are reported according to instructions.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the previous, the student is able to
* work as the project manager or active participant in the team as well as document and implement the plan according to goal
* produce good solutions
* work with the group and if needed re-organize own work
* describe the quality assurance principles and results of the work in the project
* present the plans and results of the project to stakeholders orally and in writing
The project reaches the set goals and the results are reported according to instructions and well.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the previous, the student is able to
* plan and implement a large and versatile project
* produce very good and useful solutions
* prepares for the project work by getting knowledge from versatile information sources
* schedules the work beforehand
* plan and implement the quality assurance in the project
The project reaches the set goals very well and the results are reported according to instructions very well.

If required, the the student must return a pre-task sent by the teacher in order to participate in the course. The pre-task must also be approved for the student to participate in the course.

Objective
Opiskelija ymmärtää myyntiprosessin kulun ja osaa soveltaa sitä tilanteeseen mukautuvasti sekä myyjän että myyntiprosessia johtavan näkökulmasta. Opiskelija ymmärtää miten myyntitoimintaa kehitetään.
Opiskelija harjoittelee käytännön myyntityöhön liittyviä taitoja käytännössä.

Opiskelija osaa
• selittää, kuinka oma projekti on suunniteltu
• selittää, kuinka projektia hallitaan ja kuinka projektin tehtävät ovat sidoksissa keskenään
• kuvailla ja käyttää aiheeseen liittyviä ongelmanratkaisumenetelmiä sekä tietolähteitä
• ratkaista ongelman yllä olevia menetelmiä käyttäen
• kuvailla oman osuutensa ryhmän työstä ja osaa tehdä yhteistyötä ryhmässä
• suunnitella resurssiensa käytön ja hoitaa oman osuutensa ajoissa
• kuvailla oman ryhmän toimintaa ja tuloksia.
Projektityö valmistuu, ja tulokset raportoidaan ohjeiden mukaisesti.

• toimia projektiryhmän vetäjänä tai aktiivisena jäsenenä sekä laatia ja toteuttaa suunnitelmaa tavoitteellisesti
• tuottaa projektissa hyviä ratkaisuja
• työskennellä ryhmän mukana ja tarpeen mukaan organisoida työnsä uudelleen
• osoittaa oman ryhmän työn laadunvarmistuksen periaatteet ja tulokset
• esittää ryhmänsä suunnitelmat ja tulokset sidosryhmille sekä suullisesti että kirjallisesti
Projekti on saavuttanut sille asetetut tavoitteet, ja tulokset raportoidaan ohjeiden mukaisesti hyvin.

• osaa suunnitella ja toteuttaa laajahkon ja monipuolisen projektin
• tuottaa projektissa erittäin hyviä ja hyödyllisiä ratkaisuja
• valmistautuu projektityöhön perehtymällä monipuolisesti lähteisiin ja aikatauluttamalla työnsä etukäteen
• suunnitella ja toteuttaa projektin laadunvarmistuksen periaatteet
Projektityö valmistuu ja tulokset raportoidaan suunnitellussa aikataulussa. Projekti on saavuttanut sille asetetut tavoitteet erittäin hyvin ja tulokset raportoidaan ohjeiden mukaisesti erinomaisesti.

Toteutukseen osallistuminen edellyttää, että opiskelija tarvittaessa ja hyvksytusti palauttaa ennen toteutuksen alkamista opettajan antaman valmistelutehtävän.
