Descriptions
Tuotantotalouden täydentävä monimuotototeutus on tarkoitettu henkilöille, joilla on mahdollisuus hyväksilukea osa nelivuotiseen insinööritutkintoon (240 op) sisältyvistä opinnoista. Hyväksilukuja voi saada aikaisemmista tutkintoon soveltuvista opinnoista ja alan työkokemuksesta.
Opiskelijalle laaditaan opintojen alussa henkilökohtainen opintosuunnitelma (HOPS), jossa huomioidaan hyväksiluettavat opinnot, hyväksiluettava työkokemus, opiskelijan mielenkiinnon kohteet ja työelämätarpeet sekä monimuotokoulutuksen opintotarjonta. Opintotarjonta sisältää opintoja, joilla opiskelija pystyy täydentämään aikaisemman tutkinnon tai insinööritutkinnon tuotqntotalouden insinööritutkinnoksi. Osa opetuksesta järjestetään englanniksi.
Insinööritutkinnon (AMK) kokonaislaajuus on 240 opintopistettä.
Koulutuksen rakenne (240 op):
• Perusopinnot 50 op
• Ammattiopinnot 100 op
• Innovaatioprojekti 10 op
• Valinnaiset ja vapaasti valittavat opinnot 35 op
• Harjoittelu 30 op
• Opinnäytetyö 15 op
Ammattiopintojen yhteydessä tehtävissä projekteissa osaaminen kehittyy ajankohtaisten ilmiöiden ympäriltä.
Valmistuvat tuotantotalouden insinöörit ovat organisaatioiden toiminta- ja palveluprosessien kehittäjiä muuttuvissa globaaleissa verkostoissa. Kehitystyössä he hyödyntävät teknis-taloudellista ajattelua ja moderneja kehitysmenetelmiä.

Tuotantotalouden koulutusohjelman neuvottelukunta puolsi opetussuunnitelman hyväksymistä kokouksessaan helmikuussa 2020.

Objective
Tuotantotalouden insinöörin tuntee tekniikan tarjoamat mahdollisuudet organisaation toiminnan ja prosessien kehittämisessä ja osaa arvioida eri vaihtoehtoja yritystalouden näkökulmasta. Hän osaa toimia sekä itsenäisesti että ryhmässä ja ratkaista teknis-taloudellisia ongelmia.
Tuotantotalouden insinööri osaa hankkia ja soveltaa alansa uutta tietoa kansainvälisessä toimintaympäristössä.
