Objective

The student comprehensively understands scheduling and production planning. The student can plan general and weekly schedules for various projects and project phases using scheduling programs. The student knows the scheduling process and understands the different levels of schedules and their purposes. The student can initiate clear weekly scheduling and schedule management practices on the construction site. The student understands the importance of schedules on construction sites and how crucial it is to monitor and respond to schedule deficiencies.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can, with assistance, create a general schedule for a project. The student can create their own weekly schedules for their own tasks. The student has a basic understanding of schedule planning and can, with assistance, use at least one scheduling program.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can, almost independently, create a general schedule for a project. The student can create their own weekly schedules for their own tasks and also lead weekly scheduling on the construction site. The student has a basic understanding of schedule planning and can use at least one scheduling program.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can independently create a general schedule for a project. The student can create their own weekly schedules and lead weekly scheduling on the construction site. The student can initiate schedule management practices, such as the Last Planner, on the construction site. The student understands the purpose of schedule planning and can effectively apply and use scheduling programs.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student can, with assistance, create a general schedule for a project. The student can create their own weekly schedules for their own tasks. The student has a basic understanding of schedule planning and can, with assistance, use at least one scheduling program.
