Descriptions
Bachelors in film and television work master the technical and artistic content production in media field in multiple levels. They work in the field of media in wide variety of technical, production related and artistic professions as a part of artistic teams and production organizations.
In the degree programme of Film and Television the available orientations are cinematography and editing, sound, production, scriptwriting and media content production. The bachelors in film and television work have basic professional skills for working in different fields of content production and abilities to grow to be an independent, cooperative professional with responsible and research based work orientation.
The bachelors in film and television work act innovatively and creatively in the rapidly developing environment of media field and are able to develop the working environments in the field. The goal is also to give competencies for higher level studies and readiness to uphold and develop one's professional skills in different working and learning environments.
Development
Opetussuunnitelmaa on kehitetty työryhmässä, jossa on edustajia kaikista medianomitutkintojen tutkinto-ohjelmista ja niiden ammatillisista suuntautumisista. Koko medianomitutkinnolle on haluttu luoda yhteiset opetussuunnitelman periaatteet. Opetussuunnitelman sisältöjen ja toteutustapojen kehittämisessä on otettu huomioon opiskelijoilta ja työelämäkumppaneilta, mm. neuvottelukunnan jäseniltä saatua palautetta.
