Objective

The Students
• carry out a development task that benefits working life, one's own field or professional skills independently, responsibly and in cooperation with others
• communicate clearly, in a justified and illustrated manner to both the peer community and different audiences at different stages of their work

Content

• implementing the development work according to plan
• cooperation with participants in the development work
• workshops
• drawing up a written thesis report and presenting it at the seminar
• peer guidance and evaluation
