- identifies the importance of occupational wellbeing for the individual and organisation
- is able to assess the financial impacts of occupational wellbeing at individual and organisation level
- identifies aspects of occupational wellbeing in oral hygiene
- understands the role of the individual as member of a work community and contributor to occupational wellbeing, and can act as part of a multidisciplinary team
- understands the importance of interaction, continuous learning and sharing of competence for the wellbeing of the work community
- is able to contribute to the work environment for the benefit of wellbeing at work
- understands the significance of physical load, knows what to do to reduce it, and to improve personal ergonomics
