Objective

The student will be able to
- apply key ethical principles of work with older people to promote their good life
- assess the importance of ethical leadership and development in older people care
- identify, analyse and solve ethical problems and challenges in different decision-making situations
- make ethically sustainable and well-founded decisions in client work and within the work community, and communicate these effectively.
