Objective

The student will be able to
- identify opportunities to support rehabilitation in the everyday life of an older person
- understand the importance of the environment as part of rehabilitation
- understand the importance of multidisciplinarity in supporting the rehabilitation of older people
- describe the practices of online rehabilitation and home-based rehabilitation
- explain the significance of home modifications and assistive devices in supporting independent living at home.
