Objective
The student understands the main principles of legislation and authority guidance regarding work management. The student knows the tasks, rights and responsibilities of supervisors.
The student understands the operating processes of a company and is able to take a stand on the development of operational processes. Students will be able to pay attention to their time use and prioritize work tasks. He/she is able to improve the use of time in his/her duties. Student is ready to act as the responsible foreman of the buildings water and sewage systems and air conditioning systems installations after obtaining sufficient work experience. The student knows the possibilities of information modeling as a work management tool.
The student knows the process of task and quality planning and the elements that influence the plans. The student will learn to draw up task design and to use it when supervising the work, preparing purchases or preparing subcontracts. The student knows how to prepare a quality plan for building service systems including sustainable development.
