Objective
On completion of the course the student will know different contract types of use of them in construction. The student will be able to choose a suitable contract type for a typicaly building project. The student will be familiar with different contract documents and legislation related to contracting. The student will be familiar with the contents of the general conditions of contract and client/consultant agreement. The student will be familiar with the principles of procurement and creating subcontracts. The student will be able to create contracts for typical projects.
