Objective

On completion of the course the student will know the principles of site management and will be able to apply them when creating production plans.
The student is familiar with various schedule types and is able to use them to create site plans.
In addition, the student knows the different viewpoints of quality, the principles of quality management and quality assurance, and is able to create a quality plan for a typical activity on site
