On completion of the course the student understands the basics of project management and can write a project management plan. The student understands risks related to construction projects and can make a risk management plan. Students knows how to plan and manage their own workload through project management theory.

Objective
Opiskelija tuntee projektihallinnan kannalta keskeiset tekijät ja osaa ottaa ne huomioon projektin suunnittelussa. Hän tuntee rakennusprojektin riskit ja osaa laatia riskienhallintasuunnitelman ja projektisuunnitelman. Opiskelija osaa projektinhallinta teorian kautta suunnitella ja hallita omaa työkuormaansa.
Opiskelija tuntee yrittäjyyden periaatteet.
