Descriptions

Studies in the Mechanical Engineering Degree Programme aim to provide students with the skills for machinery and metal technology-based tasks related to machine design, manufacturing and production technology or automation.

The programme emphasises practical orientation, user-centred approach, learning by doing, problem-solving skills, collaboration skills, in-depth knowledge of professional subjects as well as internationalisation. The optional courses support multidisciplinarity and ensure that graduates in mechanical engineering have a solid and applied understanding of their field.

The programme's specialisation options are:
• Machine Automation
• Machine Design
• Manufacturing and Production

Development

The advisory board of Mechanical Engineering accepted the curriculum.
