Objective
Upon completion of the course student
• is able to use English effectively for oral and written expert communication in different types of marketing interaction situations
• is able to construct justifiable and effective arguments also in the most challenging interaction situations
• can adapt their communication expression and choose the right communication style and channel according to the target group and situation
• is able to apply the learned knowledge and communication style in international and multicultural projects.
