Objective
The student
• understands how supply chain management strategies can drive a firm’s performance
• is able to analyse supply chain vulnerability, risks, robustness, and resilience, and develop strategies to address them
• is able to analyse different forms of integration, collaboration, and coordination in supply chains and evaluate logistics customer service elements and quality
• is able to measure sustainability in supply chains and assess sustainability and energy efficiency across different logistics functions
• can analyse and apply circular economy principles, reverse logistics, and recycling within supply chains, as well as understand the role of sustainable and smart city logistics.
