Objective
The student
• learns various methods of creative writing and can apply them to their own songwriting
• can listen to and study music and lyrics analytically and apply the acquired knowledge to their own music-making
• is able to write lyrics both individually and in small groups
• can work in a goal-oriented manner according to given assignments and schedules
• actively participates in a group, discusses, and provides constructive feedback on the work of other group members.
Content
• Seminar work and completing exercises individually and in groups
• Creative writing and lyric writing
• Preparing demo recordings of their own music
Qualifications
The student
• can write popular music songs with basic harmonies, both in a given style and independently
• can utilise music writing methods in their work and creatively consider the impact of lyrics on the overall composition
• is able to express their musical ideas verbally, in writing, and through recordings.

The student
• is able to apply various methods of creative writing to their own songwriting
• can listen to and study music pieces and lyrics analytically and apply the acquired knowledge to their own music-making
• is able to write lyrics both individually and in small groups
• can work according to given assignments and schedules
• presents and argues their own work to the group as agreed, can receive feedback, and reflect on their own work
• can document their written music both in writing and through recordings.
