The student understands the importance of constructive and appropriate feedback and assessment and can consider their impact on supporting the learning process.

The student understands the significance of practices that support teacher ergonomics and overall wellbeing in the teaching profession and can assess their impact on resilience. The student is familiar with the professional qualifications required of a music teacher and is able to consider their relevance to professional practice.

The student understands the key factors related to the remuneration of music teachers and their relevance in the structures of working life.
