Objective

The student
• can concretely and diversely apply the theoretical, practical, and experiential knowledge they have learned, as well as various pedagogical approaches and methods, in the planning and implementation of guiding the learning process
• can independently plan and implement musical activities in various learning environments (e.g., art and music schools, social and health contexts, audience engagement in art institutions, online environments) and with different learners
• can analyse and evaluate their own pedagogical activities and choices and their impacts
• can apply their deepening understanding of the significance of music and creative activities for the learning and overall well-being of different people
• can act professionally and constructively in working life collaboration
• considers aspects of social sustainability and promotes inclusion and equality in teaching situations
• reflects on their continuous development as a music educator.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student
• can plan and implement learner-centred and diverse musical activities in various learning environments
• can apply a deep understanding of pedagogy and make justified pedagogical choices that support the individual expression, learning, and well-being of learners
• is able to critically analyse and evaluate their own pedagogical activities and their impacts, and act professionally and constructively in working life collaboration
• can reflect on and evaluate the learning process and their own development as a professional.
