Objective

The student
• explores various research methods, understanding their importance in supporting the design process for digital services
• learns to select and apply appropriate research methods in their design work
• is proficient with data collection and processing techniques and analyses research results using qualitative methods
• uses research findings to inform design decisions, justifies choices based on research, and applies results to develop user-centred solutions.
