Objective

The student
• is able to document their own expertise in writing and visually
• is able to use the portfolio as a tool for developing their own expertise
• understands the main principles of graphic design and is able to produce graphic material to support their professional activities
• is able to design a visual identity for themselves
• is able to edit image material to make it suitable for printed media, design the portfolio layout using graphic design software and print a prototype
• becomes familiar with printing methods in the graphic industry and takes into account the technical limitations and possibilities
• takes into account the principles of sustainability in the design of graphic printed products.

• Compiling the material into a coherent whole
• Designing a visual identity
• Basics of graphic design
• Designing the portfolio's layout
• Colour management
• Printing a prototype

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student
• masters the approaches of different portfolios and is able to assess the needs and special requirements of the portfolios used
• is able to document their own competence and produce a learning or project portfolio from it.

• masters well the approaches of different portfolios and is able to assess the needs and special requirements of the portfolios used
• is able to extensively document their own competence and produce a high-quality learning or project portfolio from it.
