Student and the student advisor go through other recommended studies in student counselling discussions based on their individual study plan.

• perceives the process of service design and understands its significance for design work.

The student
• knows the concept and basics of service design
• is able to use key tools and techniques of service design
• perceives the service design process and is able to utilise it in their work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student
• has a broad mastery of the concept and starting points of service design
• is able to creatively and thoughtfully apply service design tools and techniques
• has a broad knowledge of the service design process and is able to utilise it in a variety of ways in their work.
