Participation in classes is weak. Defective tasks. Shortcomings in tasks. The student partially achieves the objectives of the course as defined in the implementation.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Active participation in classes. Ability to apply the lessons learned. Self-study. The student achieves the objectives of the course as defined in the implementation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Active participation in classes. Ability to apply the lessons learned and reflect on it. Producing new knowledge for teaching. Ability to reflect on processes from a service design perspective.
