The student recognizes the role and responsibilities of supervisory work at a general level. They identify the basics of labor law. The student can describe the key areas of unit management and recognize the main theories of motivation. They understand the basic concepts of managing workplace well-being and change management.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can explain the key tasks and significance of supervisory work. They master the principles of labor law. The student can plan unit operations and apply motivational techniques in various work situations. They are capable of planning and implementing actions to promote workplace well-being. The student can design and execute a change management process within a team.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student demonstrates a deep understanding of the role of supervisory work. They comprehend the principles of labor law and are able to apply them. The student can assess and develop unit management, as well as create individualized and innovative motivation strategies. They can evaluate workplace well-being holistically and develop long-term solutions. The student analyzes the effects of change management and develops strategies for managing changes.
