Objective

Upon completing the course, the student can conceptualize an accessible event. They are able to implement elements of sustainable development within an event and understand the key task areas and job titles related to public events. The student can execute an event while considering available resources and work effectively as part of a production team.

- Planning and implementing a public event

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student recognizes the key principles of an accessible event. They can identify the task areas of public events. The student understands the significance of resources in event production and grasps the basic principles of their utilization. They acknowledge the importance of teamwork in the production process and can function as a team member according to basic guidelines.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can apply knowledge of public event task areas and resource utilization across different phases of planning and implementation. They are able to design and execute an accessible event. The student can actively contribute as part of a production team, applying teamwork and project management principles. They analyze the relationship between resources, task areas, and the event as a whole.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can analyze different aspects of accessibility in event production, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the participant experience. They are able to critically evaluate the effectiveness of task areas, resources, and production team collaboration in relation to the event’s objectives. The student can conceptualize and implement innovative solutions that improve event accessibility and optimize available resources. They can develop operational models for enhancing effective collaboration within the production team.
