Objective

Upon completing the course, the student recognizes the societal role and significance of volunteer work in the event industry. They understand the legal and safety aspects of volunteer work and can plan, organize, and develop volunteer involvement in events.

The student recognizes the significance of volunteer work in the event industry. They can describe the basic stages of planning and organizing volunteer work. The student understands the principles of volunteer management and teamwork. They can identify key legal and safety aspects related to volunteer work. The student is also familiar with the professional ethical principles of a cultural manager.

The student analyzes the impact of volunteer work on the event industry and its stakeholders. They can plan volunteer involvement, considering the specific characteristics of the event. The student evaluates the importance of leadership and collaboration in volunteer work. They apply legal and safety principles in the planning of volunteer activities.
