Objective

After completing the course, the student recognizes the theoretical foundations of audience development. They understand the implementation methods of audience development across different art forms and are familiar with the well-being effects of art. The student is able to design an accessible and inclusive audience development project plan for a specific target group.

Successful completion of the course Sponsorship and Cooperation with Companies (3 cr) or equivalent competence.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can identify a theoretical foundation of audience development and understand a method of its implementation. They can name a well-being effect of art. The student is able to develop a partial audience development project plan.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student applies a chosen theoretical framework in their audience development project plan. They understand various methods of implementing audience development. The student has a partial grasp of the significance of the well-being effects of art and is able to develop an audience development project plan.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to analytically apply a chosen theoretical framework in their audience development project plan. They select an appropriate method of audience development in collaboration with an art educator. The student has a comprehensive understanding of the significance of the well-being effects of art and is capable of developing a professional audience development project plan.
