Objective

The student knows the basics of project management and its importance in the audiovisual sector. They know the different stages and processes of production. They know how to plan, organise and monitor a basic project. They will be able to work and communicate in a team.

The student is fluent in key project management concepts and the stages and processes of production, with an understanding of their relevance to the audiovisual sector. The student will be able to plan independently a basic project. The student will be able to work and communicate in a team in a variety of ways.
