Objective

The student identifies their own professional competences and strengths. They can assess how their own competences match the requirements of the sector. They are able to develop an individual career plan and professional goals in the short and long term. They can plan concrete steps and measures to advance their career. They are able to obtain information on employment opportunities in their field, to monitor the employment situation and prospects in the sector. They can promote their skills, build professional networks and take advantage of networking opportunities. They can monitor the development of their own skills and apply them to achieve their career goals. They can give and receive constructive feedback from peers and experts.
