- are familiar with the most common types of high-risk pregnancies and complications during childbirth and factors affecting them

- are able to anticipate possible complications during pregnancy and childbirth
- are proficient in the necessary evidence-based theoretical knowledge and clinical skills to observe and care for the wellbeing of mother and foetus during high-risk pregnancies and childbirths with complications
