Objective

The student
• understands the central principles of Lean construction
• is able to manage the planning and implementation phase of the building frame construction using the principles of Lean construction
• is able to manage the design phase efficiently, quickly and in an errorless manner
• can shorten the duration of the implementation phase of a building frame by the right selections during the design phase
• is able to manage the implementation phase of the building frame construction at the construction site.

The student is aware of the key principles of Lean construction and its applicability to the design and implementation phase of the building frame construction. In addition, the student is able to manage the design phase and the implementation phase of the frame construction on site with assistance.

The student understands the key principles of Lean construction and its applicability to the design and implementation phase of the building frame construction. In addition, the student is independently able to manage the design and implementation phase of the frame construction using Lean construction principles.

The student understands the key principles of Lean construction and its applicability to the design and implementation phase of the building frame construction. In addition, the student is independently able to lead the design and implementation phase of the frame construction using Lean construction principles and apply them to other types of projects.
