Objective

After completing the course, the student:
• understands the basics of algorithmic design and the basic concepts of multi-objective optimisation
• knows how to use algorithmic design programmes to produce design solutions and evaluate them.

• Basics of algorithmic design and its connection to structural design software
• Introduction of optimised design solutions and computer assisted generation of design alternatives
