Objective

The student

• understands the complexity of everyday life in childhood and the family and identifies the components of child and family well-being and the related research
• can identify the foundations of well-being in Finnish society and globally
• understands the importance of childhood and inclusive early childhood education and care in supporting inclusion, preventing exclusion and promoting educational equality
• knows how to work in an anti-racist manner.
