Objective

The student

• can analyse violence as an individual, community and social phenomenon
• can analyse trauma and crises in the life course of individuals and in community dynamics
• recognises the risk of abuse and domestic violence across different age groups
• is equipped with the skills to talk about violence and applying a trauma-informed approach
• is able to refer clients to trauma, crisis and violence services
