• Human rights, self-determination, equality, inclusion and accessibility
• Diversity of disability
• Neuropsychiatric challenges and related special needs
• Disability legislation, services and support measures
• Augmentative and alternative communication
• Simple Finnish vocabulary and key expressions used in client interaction
