Objective

The student is able to practically apply the mechanical and physicochemical processing and refining of renewable raw materials and products in line with sustainable development values, as required by their profession.

The student is proficient in the practical operation of sustainable production and the handling of test results, requiring knowledge of natural science and technical phenomena. Additionally, the student can prepare research reports and interpret and evaluate research results.

Content

The course includes laboratory work aimed at learning about the following mechanical and physicochemical phenomena and their application possibilities in various areas, including:

Processing of renewable raw materials and development of new product alternatives
Implementation of sustainable development values ??in different stages of production
Improvement of production energy efficiency

Application of theory related to the phenomena being studied in laboratory and pilot-scale experiments and measurements.
Mastery of practical work methods and equipment.
Understanding the theoretical foundations of work methods and assessing their practical applicability.
Application of experimental design methods.
Reporting of experimental work, calculation of results, and evaluation.
