The competence-based curriculum and its learning outcomes describe what kinds of competences students are expected to achieve and help students assess their own existing competence and future learning. Students’ individual choices and recognition of prior learning (RPL), complete with flexible implementation models, allow students to build their own individual learning pathways. Each student’s own learning pathway is described in their individual study plan (ISP).
Guidelines for completing studies and evaluation:
Criteria for completing studies and their evaluation are found from the study plans of each study unit. The lecturer of the course is responsible for the evaluation. Criteria for evaluation and means to complete the course are given in the beginning of each course. Student competence is evaluated based on a two-cycle evaluation framework unless no individual criteria for the course exist.
Requirements for graduation:
Completion of all studies stated in the curriculum.
