Objective
The class supports students’ professional wellbeing and helps them to manage processes of change related to work, work communities and professional interaction.
- Students can describe and analyze development needs related to work and work communities from the perspectives of an individual and the community.
- Students can develop work-related communication, interaction and partnerships taking different forms of diversity into consideration.
- Students can promote sustainable development, equality, and social responsibility in the world of work.

Topical and anticipated needs for change in the world of work. Changes in the job descriptions of music pedagogues and performing musicians. Concepts and processes related to professional wellbeing. Participatory methods and possibilities of technology. Building students’ professional wellbeing.
