Descriptions

The extent of the Master's Degree Programme in Service Design is 60 ECTS including the final thesis 30 ECTS. The duration of the programme is 1,5 years.

The teaching method used is multimodal teaching, which consists of contact and online teaching and various information retrieval, analysis and development tasks carried out in working life. The studies are carried out on a project basis as development and learning tasks that are related to the development challenges of working life. The studies emphasize networking, teamwork skills and learning methods that strengthen internationalization.

Development

The expertise produced by the master's degree in Service Design emphasizes the breadth and applicability, which make it possible to work in a wide range of jobs and workplaces. Changes in working life have been taken into account in the study content by connecting them to students' work communities and the research and development work they need.
