Objective

The student will be able to
- apply good practices of work ability management and well-being at work in the management of diverse work communities
- co-develop and maintain a socially and economically sustainable working life and culture
- promote ethical work and work communities and enable inclusion and equality in the workplace
- promote the employment and retention of people with partial work ability in the open labour market in cooperation with employers.
