Objective

The student will be able to
- assess the impact of societal changes, including digitalisation, on multidisciplinary work ability support services and the service system
- promote and lead goal-oriented and multidisciplinary networking and collaboration between different actors supporting employment
- develop people-oriented and effective work ability support service pathways at organisational interfaces in cooperation with employers
- strengthen ethical conduct, inclusion and equality in the development of employment and work ability support service pathways.
