The student will be able to
- anticipate future developments in the provision of employment services and assess the impact of social and global changes on employment and working life
- compare the impact of national and international employment promotion instruments
- analyse research, development and innovation activities in the field of employment and work ability support that meet the needs of clients
- compare research designs, methods used and results obtained in research and development activities in the field of employment and work ability support
- evaluate effective and evidence-based employment and work ability services.
