Objective

The student will be able to:
- assess factors affecting employment and employment promotion in society and globally
- critically analyse employment policy measures and their consequences in a changing and globalising society
- apply the legislation and the service system of social benefits and services from the perspective of individual employment
- use the legislation on work ability and employment promotion in the development of client-oriented and economically sustainable services.
