Objective
Students will understand the changing operational environment of organisations, including the economic environment, and will be able to apply strategic management to navigate it. The student knows the basic principles of marketing management and financial management. The student will be familiar with the main principles of the EFQM quality system and be able to apply them in their work community/organisation.
