- Women centered care
- Development of evidence based midwifery
- Implementation of fertility and menopausal counselling in midwifery care
- Implementation of methods for maintaining the condition of the pelvic floor and preventing incontinence in midwifery care
- Identifying and preventing intimate partner violence
- Development of local models for midwifery care
- Recent research articles

- Has key knowledge in midwifery care models /theories in clinical practice to support health, wellbeing, and sexuality of women

- Has comprehensive knowledge in applying the theories of women centered care in midwifery care
- Has comprehensive knowledge in developing new operating models in midwifery care to support health, wellbeing, and sexuality of women.
- Has key knowledge in training the development of evidence based midwifery care in their own work community
