Objective
Upon completion of the course, the students will know how to:
- Evaluate and analyse the profitability, quality and needs for development needs of the care of older people
- Apply the principles of service design and co-creation in the development of services for older people
- Apply the principles of network management based on the varying needs of older people
- Assess digital services as a part of developing and producing customer-oriented services

- Define and depict the profitability, quality assurance and development needs of the service system
- Define and use the means of service design and network development methods in the development of client driven services
