Objective

Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Evaluate and analyse the quality and practice of the care of older people service system
- Apply service design principles in the development of services for the older people, service processes, customer service chains and management from the perspective of the diverse and a varying service needs of older people
- Network and apply the principles of network management and client-driven development from the perspective of a diverse group of users
- Take advantage of digital services in the development of the service network

Student knows how to:
- Define and describe the operation of service structures and networks, quality assurance and development needs
- Define and use the means of network management and development as well as service design methods in the development of client-driven services
- Define and describe the importance of digitalisation in the organisation and development of services
- Act in accordance to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in service development

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows how to:
- Analyse and explain the operation of service structures and networks, quality assurance and development needs
- Choose and apply varied means of network management and development as well as service design methods in the development of client-driven services
- Analyse and justify digitalisation in the organisation and development of services
- Analyse and implement the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in service development

The student knows how to:
- Critically and purposefully evaluate the operation of service structures and networks, quality assurance and development needs
- Critically evaluate and develop varied means of network management and development as well as service design methods in the development of client-driven services
