Objective
PUUTTUU KÄÄNNÖS ENSIMMÄISESTÄ VIRKKEESTÄ.
The student is able to systematically analyze the national social welfare and health care reform as well as an individual organization's strategy in planning and coordinating digital services. The student becomes familiar with the management of a customer-oriented social and health care system, the integration and service packages of social and health care services, and cost control. The student can evaluate the organization's corporate culture and ability to create digital services and promote digitalization-oriented skills in the work community. The student analyzes the digitalization of expert work and its networks. The student is able to critically evaluate and utilize information on digital services and their management as an expert and in development and management tasks. The student can process digital data and data systems securely and ethically.

The student demonstrates competence in the basic content of the course, but there are deficiencies in his/her ability to find and interpret information and to apply the learned content to the context of working life.

course. He/she has an excellent ability to search for relevant information. The student’s solutions demonstrate independence, responsibility, and skills in guiding others. His/her ability to apply the learned content to the context of working life exhibits creativity and versatility.

Recognition of prior learning
The student can apply for the recognition of prior learning and receive an approval for accreditation for this course if he/she has acted in a key role in digitalisation-related service production or client projects in social and health care, or in digitalising key processes, and/or has completed university-level studies that correspond to the content of this course.
